engineering and delivery leader to anchor execution excellence and partner-enabled
growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Delivery – Professional Services to lead the end-to-end execution
of client projects delivered on the Neutrinos platform. This individual will be responsible
for leading a 120+ member delivery team, ensuring predictable and scalable execution
through a product-driven delivery model and partner ecosystem.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering complex, insurance-specific digital
transformation programs — most of which are fixed bid in nature. The role demands deep
engineering acumen, robust program management expertise, and a strong understanding of
the insurance domain.
The successful candidate will bring experience in scaling delivery organizations, building
delivery frameworks, and leading transformation initiatives in global, multi-stakeholder
environments.
Key Responsibilities
o Delivery Strategy & Execution
o Own full accountability for successful delivery of all client projects across
geographies using the Neutrinos platform.
o Champion a product-aligned delivery approach, ensuring usage of reusable
assets, accelerators, and core platform components.
o Define and enforce delivery best practices, governance frameworks,
estimation models, and quality metrics.
o Lead the execution of fixed bid projects with strong scope control, effort
containment, and margin protection.
o Partner-Led Scale
o Define and execute the partner delivery strategy to scale implementation
capacity via system integrators and regional partners.
o Establish onboarding, training, and performance monitoring mechanisms for
partner-led engagements.
o Drive revenue targets through partner-led fixed bid delivery, maintaining
quality and accountability.
o Engineering and People Leadership
o Lead a cross-functional team of delivery managers, architects, engineers,
BAs, and QA specialists.
o Drive technical and domain skill enhancement through a structured training
and certification plan.
o Foster a culture of excellence, agility, ownership, and continuous
improvement across the team.
o Product components or reusable widgets built.
o Client & Stakeholder Management
o Build strong executive relationships with client stakeholders to ensure
alignment, visibility, and satisfaction.
o Serve as the escalation point for strategic programs, ensuring rapid
resolution and proactive communication.
o Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure delivery
supports business growth and platform maturity.

Required Skills and Experience
• 15–20 years of overall experience in engineering, software delivery, and program
management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in delivering large-scale fixed bid projects in enterprise
environments.
• Strong engineering foundation: exposure to solution architecture, software design,
and scalable application development.
• Demonstrated success in driving product-driven delivery in low-code, BPM, or
automation platforms.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams, partner ecosystems, and high-stakes
programs.
• Deep domain knowledge or delivery experience in the insurance sector (Life, Health,
or General Insurance).
• Excellent client-facing communication, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client locations across Southeast Asia,
the Middle East, and South Africa.
Preferred Qualifications
• Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) from a reputed institution; MBA is a plus.
• Familiarity with platforms like Appian, Pega, Salesforce, Out Systems, or similar.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture, solutioning, and platform-led delivery
programs.
