Senior Developer – Project Delivery & Implementation
Onsite - Bangalore 4 days WFO per week & 1-day WFH per week.
Experience Level: Minimum 5 Years+
About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and technically proficient Senior Developer to be part of our dynamic project delivery and implementation team. This role demands a developer who can collaborate effectively within agile sprints, work across frontend and backend stacks, and contribute meaningfully to design, development, and deployment phases. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing projects, be familiar with full software development life cycle, and show strong accountability for deliverables. The role also comes with the possibility of short-term onsite travel based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
• - Participate in project sprints and contribute to all phases of SDLC from requirements to delivery.
• - Collaborate with architects, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions. • - Develop, test, and maintain application modules in alignment with sprint goals.
• - Ensure code quality through proper unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• - Support implementation and post-go-live stabilization of solutions.
• - Help troubleshoot, debug, and resolve incidents or enhancement requests from clients.
• - Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• - Take ownership of assigned modules and lead junior team members when required.
Mandatory Technical Skills
• - Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and either Angular or React.
• - Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and component-based front-end architecture.
• - Working experience with SQL/Oracle – writing queries, optimizing joins.
• - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration workflows.
• - Knowledge of Git, code versioning, and DevOps-friendly development practices.
• - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and ability to work in sprint cycles.
• - Ability to solve complex problems and implement efficient solutions.
• - Strong understanding of data structures and algorithmic thinking. Good to Have Skills
• - Exposure to Low Code/No Code platforms such as Neutrinos, Mendix, or OutSystems.
• - Basic understanding of Docker/Kubernetes, and microservice-based design.
• - Familiarity with BPM tools, API orchestration, and third-party system integrations.
• - Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• - Experience in insurance or BFSI domain preferred. Experience
• - Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack application development or project implementation.
• - Proven ability to deliver features end-to-end in customer projects or internal products.
