Platform Adoption Executive / Lead (2–5 Years)
Function: Platform
Location: Bangalore
Role Objective
Drive platform adoption at Neutrinos by activating and scaling usage across Community, Academy,
Internal Teams, and Partners. Ensure the platform is actively used, enabled, and measured across
learning, solutioning, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Academy Adoption
• Grow and manage the Neutrinos developer and partner community
• Drive engagement through hackathons, meetups, webinars, and challenges
• Own learner onboarding, course completion, and certification adoption
Internal Platform Adoption (Sales, PS, Solutioning)
• Drive platform adoption across Sales, Professional Services, and Solutioning teams
• Ensure teams are enabled to demo, position, and deliver using the platform
• Identify adoption gaps and work with stakeholders to close them
Content & Enablement
• Create and maintain enablement assets such as playbooks, demos, and accelerators
• Support training programs and internal readiness initiatives
• Ensure content is practical, reusable, and aligned to platform capabilities
Platform Analytics & Reporting
• Track platform adoption metrics across Academy, Community, Partners, and Internal Teams
• Build dashboards and reports to measure usage, engagement, and readiness
• Use insights to recommend improvements and drive adoption initiatives
Success Metrics
• Growth in active Academy and Community users
• Course completion and certification rates
• Internal team platform readiness and usage
• Adoption metrics tracked and reported consistently

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of experience in enablement, operations, platform adoption, or growth roles
• Exposure to SaaS / PaaS or platform ecosystems preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting
• Passion for technology and platforms
