As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical in shaping our go-to-market strategies, defining messaging, and driving adoption of our platform in a highly competitive and dynamic market.  The role will be part of our product team.  

You’ll thrive in this job if you’re a self-starter with product management and marketing experience in early-or growth-stage startups.  Report directly to the Chief Platform Strategy Officer with a dotted line to the Chief Marketing Officer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, target audience, and competitive landscape, evangelizing that understanding across other teams like sales and marketing.
  • Develop compelling, differentiated platform and solution positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, competitor messaging, and product understanding that resonates with target audiences across insurance organizations
  • Craft narratives that highlight the value of our platform and solutions in addressing customer pain points and achieving business outcomes
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Engineering, Propositions, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Deliver actionable insights to inform product development, positioning, and sales enablement strategies.
  •  Develop and deliver impactful sales tools, including presentations, product guides, case studies, playbooks, and battle cards.
  • Train the sales team in product features, messaging, and competitive positioning to empower them to close deals effectively.
  • Create high-quality content such as white papers, blogs, webinars, videos, and website copy to drive engagement and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and digital marketing teams to amplify product marketing efforts.
  • Partner with Propositions, Delivery, and Customer Success to identify and showcase customer success stories.
  • Build relationships with key customers to gather testimonials, case studies, and feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Influence the product roadmap by sharing relevant markets, customers, and competitive insights with the product team.


Experience & Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or BPM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of BPM or low-code platforms is a significant plus.
  • Experience with marketing to insurance, healthcare or banks preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with a keen ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, value-driven messaging.
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Pragmatic Marketing Framework and its application in product marketing strategy and execution.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field. 
  • MBA preferred.
