Role Overview
The Production Service Manager is responsible for the availability, reliability, and
operational excellence of the Neutrinos Intelligent Automation Platform across global customer environments. This role owns 24×7 production operations, cloud and Kubernetes environments, incident management, customer communications, upgrade planning, and operational cost control.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical understanding, strong operational discipline, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
Location & Reporting
Location: Bangalore (Primary)
Scope: Customers across South East Asia, Middle East, Africa, and the United States
Team Size: 6–10 (L1–L3 Support, SRE, Cloud & Platform Operations)
