Role - Sales VP

Role Overview

Neutrinos is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales leader to drive business growth and customer acquisition across the APAC region. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for enterprise technology and insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across APAC Build and manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and strategic account plans
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycle including prospecting, solutioning, negotiations, and closure
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Delivery, and Marketing Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT/SaaS sales Strong experience in APAC market and Insurance/BFSI domain
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Experience selling Automation Platforms / Digital Transformation solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Preferred Skills Knowledge of platforms such as Appian, Pega, Salesforce, ServiceNow, UiPath, etc. Strong customer connects within Insurance and Financial Services domain Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
