Key Responsibilities
Outbound Pipeline Creation
- Own and scale outbound-first demand generation programs across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels
- Build targeted account engagement strategies aligned to ICP and regional priorities
- Drive consistent pipeline creation through structured, repeatable outbound plays
- Partner with regional Sales teams to align outreach with account strategy
SDR and Inside Sales Alignment
- Work closely with regional SDR and inside sales teams to align on messaging, sequencing, and campaign priorities
- Design and enable outbound playbooks, cadences, and multi-touch engagement strategies
- Improve key metrics, including connect rates, meeting conversion, and SAL quality
- Act as the central coordination point between Marketing and SDR teams globally
Tradeshows and Event-Led Demand
- Own strategy, planning, and pipeline outcomes for global tradeshows, conferences, and field events
- Define event objectives, target account coverage, and expected pipeline contribution
- Partner with regional Sales to drive pre-event outreach, meeting setting, and account activation
- Orchestrate on-site execution, including executive meetings, roundtables, and hosted experiences
- Build structured post-event follow-up programs to convert engagement into qualified opportunities
- Track and optimize event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline and ROI
Partner Marketing and Ecosystem Demand
- Develop and execute co-marketing programs with SI partners and technology alliances
- Identify high-value partners (e.g., Socotra) to drive joint pipeline
- Build joint campaigns including webinars, events, content, and outbound plays
- Enable partners with messaging, assets, and plays to generate and convert demand
- Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and optimize ROI
- Partner with Alliances and Sales teams to align on joint account targeting and execution
Digital Demand and LinkedIn Programs
- Lead LinkedIn-centric demand generation (organic + paid) targeting key personas
- Execute always-on email and nurture programs to support outbound efforts
- Optimize landing pages, messaging, and CTAs to improve conversion
- Run continuous experimentation to improve engagement and response rates
Campaign Execution and ABM Support
- Support ABM programs through coordinated outbound and digital execution
- Translate campaign themes into scalable outbound plays and sequences
- Partner with Product Marketing to operationalize messaging into outreach
Analytics and Performance Management
- Own funnel visibility from outreach to meeting to pipeline contribution
- Build dashboards and reporting across CRM and marketing tools
- Track performance across outbound, events, and partners to identify optimization opportunities
- Drive a metrics-first approach to pipeline generation and campaign performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with global Sales leaders to support pipeline goals and regional GTM priorities
- Work with Marketing (content, product marketing, digital) to align campaigns and messaging
- Collaborate with Alliances, SDR teams, and Sales to drive coordinated execution
- Establish strong feedback loops across Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and partners
